Are you open?
Yes, we're open! We are accepting custom orders as usual. The current bakery order pickup hours are Tuesday-Friday 10-3, and Saturday 10-12. We are closed on Sundays & Mondays. All orders must be placed no later than 12 PM on Monday of the pickup week.

Can I walk into the bakery and purchase one cupcake?
No. We are a custom order only bakery, meaning we do not have pre-made desserts for walk-in retail sales.

How do I order?
Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page, or send an email to sweetsbymillie@gmail.com. Be sure to include the event date, number of guests, budget, and design/theme. Feel free to include any pictures for reference. We recommend booking at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability. All orders must be finalized before 12 PM Monday for pickup that weekend.
All orders are processed via email. We do not take orders via phone, Facebook, Instagram, or text.

Where do I pickup my order?
The bakery address is 223 S Hancock Street. We are located in a converted firehouse, directly across the street from the Home2Suites Hotel, in the block between Market & Jefferson.

Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available for an added delivery fee depending on the location, typically $55-$175. We do not offer same-day delivery. All delivery orders must be placed at least a week in advance, per our typical ordering guidelines.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum total order of $100 for custom orders. Minimum order for cupcakes is 1 dozen per flavor. Minimum order for decorated sugar cookies is 2 dozen.

How much does a cake cost?
All of our cakes are custom designed for each client, so pricing varies greatly. Many factors go into the price of a cake - size, flavor, design details.
One tier cakes generally range from $95-$195.
Two tier cakes generally range from $195-$350.
Wedding cakes start at $5.50-$7.50/serving depending on the number of tiers.

How much do decorated sugar cookies cost?
Generally decorated sugar cookies range in price from $75-$96/dozen. Very complex designs and logo cookies would be more expensive.

Do you make cake pops, macarons, dipped pretzels or cheesecakes?
No. We currently offer cakes, cupcakes, decorated sugar cookies, and drop cookies in a variety of flavors, as well as brownies and lemon bars.
