Are you open?
Yes, we're open! We are accepting custom orders as usual. The current bakery order pickup hours are Tuesday-Friday 10-3, and Saturday 10-12. Closed on Sundays & Mondays. All orders must be placed no later than 12 PM on Monday of the pickup week.

Can I walk into the bakery and purchase one cupcake?
No. Sweets by Millie is a custom order only bakery, meaning we do not have pre-made desserts for walk-in retail sales.

How do I order?
Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page, or send an email to sweetsbymillie@gmail.com. Be sure to include the event date, number of guests, budget, and design/theme. Feel free to include any pictures for reference. I recommend booking at least three weeks in advance to ensure availability. All orders must be finalized before 12 PM Monday for pickup that weekend.
All orders are processed via email. I do not take orders via phone, Facebook, Instagram, or text.

Where do I pickup my order?
The bakery address is 223 S Hancock Street. We are located in a converted firehouse, directly across the street from the Home2Suites Hotel, in the block between Market & Jefferson.

Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available for an added delivery fee depending on the location, typically $55-$175. We do not offer same-day delivery. All delivery orders must be placed at least a week in advance, per our typical ordering guidelines.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum total order of $100 for custom orders. Minimum order for cupcakes is 1 dozen per flavor. Minimum order for decorated sugar cookies is 2 dozen.

How much does a cake cost?
All of my cakes are custom designed for each client, so pricing varies greatly. Many factors go into the price of a cake - size, flavor, design details.
One tier cakes generally range from $150-$250.
Two tier cakes generally range from $215-$350.
Wedding cakes start at $5.50-$7.50/serving depending on the number of tiers.

How much do decorated sugar cookies cost?
Generally decorated sugar cookies range in price from $84-$96/dozen. Very complex designs and logo cookies would be more expensive.

Do you make cake pops, macarons, petit fours, or cheesecake?
No. I currently offer cakes, cupcakes, decorated sugar cookies, and drop cookies in a variety of flavors, as well as brownies.
